Materials: We build all garage cabinets from 3/4″ thermo fused laminated melamine. This material provides a water resistant protection inside and out and can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth. The surface of this material is baked on to provide a scratch resistant surface that lasts for years.
Our interior shelves lay on strong gusset style shelf standards and have a wood stiffener in the back of the shelf plus an aluminum corrugated stiffener on the front of the shelf which helps to prevent the common sagging found with most garage cabinet shelves
Our standard door hinges are 105 degree allowing the doors to open past your standing position and allowing for easier loading and unloading of shelves without door interference.
The backs of all garage cabinets have a 1/4″ melamine sheet dadoed into the sidewalls giving the cabinets extra strength not visual once the cabinet is installed are horizontal rails that we use to screw the cabinets through and into the wall stud.
Legs are placed under our garage cabinets to ensure stability of the cabinet on the wall. These legs can be removed temporarily to allow full cleaning under the cabinets
( relieve the cabinet load prior to removing the legs)
